Workout With Wayne Options

Workout with Wayne Heart Rate Training is 45 minutes of client appropriate intensity. All clients are provided with a Polar Heart Rate monitor and are able to see their heart rate and total calories burned in real time. Most people have a difficult time pushing themselves hard enough and some trainers push their clients too hard. The Polar technology allows for the perfect work to rest ratio throughout the 45 minute session.

One On One

Workout with Wayne on an individual level. Take your health and fitness to the next level while receiving individual coaching and custom programming.

Small Group

Join the team! Workout with Wayne in small groups of 2-3 clients. Clients receive individualized exercise modifications and personal attention while training with others.

Sport Specific

Are you an athlete? Do you have performance based fitness goals? Workout with Wayne to prepare for your season and receive performance based programming that will translate to your sport.

Corporate Wellness Plan

Workout with Wayne on a corporate level. Take your employees health and fitness to the next level as a group. Receive a custom package for your business that includes exercise programming, nutrition coaching, and accountability tracking.

Family Wellness Plan

Get the whole family involved! Immediate or even extended! Similar to a Corporate Plan, you can work as a team while receiving exercise programming, nutrition coaching, and accountability tracking.

Training

Clients are put through a well-balanced workout consisting of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning. A variety of exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, and more push each client to new levels of fitness.

Nutrition

Clients receive nutrition coaching covering various subjects such as caloric intake, macronutrients, and hydration. Learn to fuel your body for success.

Recovery

Clients learn how to properly rest, recover, and prepare for their training sessions. Receive access to corrective exercises, stretches, and tools like TheraGun. TheraGun helps to relieve muscle fatigue, tightness, soreness, knots, spasms, and stiffness.
